Last week, in Jennifer goes to the British Isles, I shared a little about my trip to the British Isles and promised more from my first stop, London.
London was so much fun and it is easy to get around. I spent a lot of time on the Tube and took the double decker buses all over. If you want to experience the real London, I highly recommend making use of the public transportation.
Taking various buses around, I was able to visit the Globe Theater, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Parliament, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, and the London Eye. I even went to the Supreme Court. I guess that’s the lawyer coming out in me.
While I saw many of the usual tourist attractions, I couldn’t leave London without a stop at Madame Tussauds. If you’ve ever been to a Madame Tussauds, you know how amazing it is. The wax figures look real. I spent a couple of hours or more at Madame Tussauds posing with the figures. Below are some of the photos I took.
Have you visited Madame Tussauds? If you have, who was your favorite celebrity to pose with? My favorite was George Clooney.
