Pet Video of the Week: A new way to cut down on shedding

I’ve used a vacuum on my carpets and furniture, but I’ve never given much thought to other uses for the vacuum. Apparently, a vacuum can be used on cats. I imagine this would cut down on shedding. The cats seem to enjoy it. A couple of them go to sleep while they’re being vacuumed so it can’t be all that bad.

Enjoy!

Pet Video of the Week: Cats make New Year’s Resolutions

We will celebrate New Year’s Eve on Saturday night. Without going into reasons, I’ve had all I can take of 2016. I’m looking forward to 2017.

I haven’t made any New Year’s resolutions. I’ve found that I follow through about as well as the cats in this video. The cats are adorable and will make you laugh.

Happy New Year!

Pet Video of the Week: No mail today, please

At one time in my life, I was excited to get mail. I was a teenager and, of course, the only mail I was getting was whatever teen magazines I had subscribed to. Now, my mailbox is full of bills and junk mail I don’t want.

Apparently, the cat in this video feels the same way I do about mail. He wants absolutely no part of it.

Enjoy!

Pet Video of the Week: It’s the cone of shame!

I used to feel awful every time my dog ended up in the cone. She used to crash into so many things and struggle with eating and playing with her toys. The cone was for her own good, but I pitied her.

Many of the clips in this video remind me of the struggles she had. One of the clips, however, really surprised me. Can you guess which one? If you guessed the dog with the orange traffic cone on his head, you’re correct. I can’t figure out how that would have happened.

Do you have a favorite clip?

Pet Video of the Week: Jumping cats

When I was growing up, I used to go to my aunt’s house. She always had cats and I remember watching them jump up on counters and window sills with ease. The cats in this video need more practice because they are not nearly as graceful as my aunt’s cats.

You will laugh out loud with this one. My favorite clip is of the cat that jumps and misses the bird cage.

Which clip is your favorite?
